If you ordering from overseas there are two important points please note that videos are sold only in American NTSC format.

For Products Shipped Within The United States:

All regular priced items mailed within the United States MAY be shipped via Priority Mail with tracking unless otherwise indicated. 

You can request sale priced items to be mailed Priority Mail with tracking.  This request must be in writing please.  

Priority Mailing Shipping and Handling fee is: $6.00 per item unless otherwise indicated.

Purchase of any of our products indicates your understanding of, and agreement to, our domestic shipping/handling policy.

For Products Shipped Outside The United States:

An estimated S/H fee will be initially charged and then an adjustment charge will follow if our estimate is off by whichever is greater: either 10% or $2.00.

When possible, items will be shipped with secure tracking.

Replacement Policy:

1) Within 60 days of shipping any defective merchandise will gladly be replaced.

2) Once we receive the entire product back, we will immediately mail out a replacement product.

3) We do request defective notification be sent by email or regular mail.

4) Please note that some of our video products contain disclaimers about video quality due to the nature of the filming situation.

5) Purchase of any of our products indicates your understanding of, and agreement to, our replacement policy.

Refund Policy:

1)  As is the practice with many retailers, there are no refunds on books, audio or video products due to a significant rate of "use and return" and/or copying of digital media.
