Shipping and Handling Information:
If you ordering from overseas there are two important points
For Products Shipped Within The United States:
All regular priced items mailed within the United States are shipped Priority Mail with tracking unless otherwise indicated.
If items are not shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, we disclaim all responsibility for your product once it is mailed. This includes a voiding of the refund policy because of the greater likelihood of damage for products shipped without tracking.
You can request sale priced items to be mailed Priority Mail with tracking. This request must be in writing please.
Priority Mailing Shipping and Handling fee is: $5.00 per item unless otherwise indicated.
Purchase of any of our products indicates your understanding of, and agreement to, our domestic shipping/handling policy.
For Products Shipped Outside The United States:
An estimated S/H fee will be initially charged and then an adjustment charge will follow if our estimate is off by whichever is greater: either 10% or $2.00.
When possible, items will be shipped with secure tracking.

Refund/Replacement Information:
Replacement Policy:
1) Within 60 days of shipping any defective merchandise will gladly be replaced.
2) Once we receive the entire product back, we will immediately mail out a replacement product.
3) We do request defective notification be sent by email or regular mail.
4) Please note that some of our video products contain disclaimers about video quality due to the nature of the filming situation.
5) Purchase of any of our products indicates your understanding of, and agreement to, our replacement policy.
Refund Policy:
1) We offer an 18 day* complete, no questions, refund policy.
*3 days shipping plus 15 day review period.
2) Refund requests must be made in writing either by email or regular mail within the refund period.
In your communication, it will be appreciated if you care to provide product feedback so we can do a better job.
3) Products must be returned in their original, new condition before a refund can be issued.
